When will NOM stop denigrating single parents and their children?

by Jeremy Hooper

Of course it's gay couples and our families that they have in mind. But there is simply no way to interpret NOM's definition of family (second pro-discrimination sign from the left) other than to note its equal hostility toward single parents and their offspring:

Can you even imaging going through your daily life with a sort of hubristic belief that you, a member of a global population of billions of different kinds of people and relational structures, get to define family for everyone else? It's obnoxious. It's arrogant. It's mean to millions of children in real families that don't fit NOM's myopia. And it's very, very gross.

Which is to say, it's NOM.
